Will my order be impacted by delays with the USPS?
Per USPS, packages may temporarily require more time to be delivered due to limited transportation availability as a result of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.
Will I be notified of the status of my order?
Yes, you will automatically be notified on the status of your order. Additionally, I will do my best to update you with as much relevant information regarding your order as I possibly can.
When will I receive tracking information for my shipment?
Due to overwhelming volume and the effects of COVID-19, the USPS is currently experiencing delays that impact package tracking information. I apologize for any inconvenience these delays may cause and ask that you remain patient and allow 2-3 business days for your tracking information to update once you are notified of shipment.
Processing and fulfilling your order will take approximately 1-5 business days. During peak holiday season (November 19 through December 31) production timelines may be extended to 6-8 business days, but could take up to 10 business days, depending on the item and quantity ordered or if an item requires personalization (I'll notify you of any possible delays).
All orders are shipped via US Postal Service. I cannot ship to PO Boxes and at this time, and I do not ship outside the United States.
